On April 15, Linyi-Kuala Lumpur Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion Conference was held in Kuala Lumpur. Malaysian Member of Parliament Li Cunxiao, Malaysia China Silk Road Chamber of Commerce President Tan Sri Ong Sijie, Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce Acting President Yan Deng Yi, Malaysia Import and Export Association Honorary Chairman Fadlu, Malaysia Chinese Congress Town Hall General Treasurer Tan Sri Tan Kian Soon, the World Chamber of Commerce of the Lin’s President Tan Sri Lim Soon Ping, Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry Association of Malaysia and Vice President, President of the Association of Business and Enterprise Datuk Lim Heng Yee, President of Malaysian Import and Export Association Datin Hawang, Minister-Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia Lin Shiguang, Linyi Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Vice Mayor Juan Xinyang, Linyi Mall Party Working Committee Secretary and Management Committee Director Wu Chuanliang, Lanshan Mall Management Committee Director and Party Committee Secretary Tian Zongchun, Lanhua Group Party Committee Secretary, Chairman and President Guan Zhaojun, Lanhua Group General Manager of Southeast Asia Division Li Cheng and more than 100 business associations and enterprise representatives participated in the event.

At the promotion meeting, Guan Zhaojun was invited to make a speech. He introduced the development of Lanhua Group’s business sections and shared his experience around cross-border e-commerce. He expressed that Lanhua Group has started to lay out cross-border e-commerce industry since 2018, and now has come out of a new path of Lanhua cross-border e-commerce development, which is “there is a park in Linyi, there is a mall overseas, there is an exhibition for selecting products, and there is a platform for trade”. Lanhua Group takes Malaysia as the second station of cross-border overseas trade, and will work with Mercury Group to operate Lanhua (Malaysia) Overseas Mall, promote more Linyi high-quality local products to be delivered to the Malaysian market, and radiation development to the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia and other places, and at the same time introduce Malaysia’s high-quality products such as durian, bird’s nest, coffee, etc., to realize mutual benefits and win-win cooperation. In the next step, Lanhua Group will make great efforts to achieve new breakthroughs in the construction of overseas malls, cross-border supply chain and international logistics, and make every effort to lay out overseas malls for Spain, Kenya and countries along the “Belt and Road”, so as to further polish the golden signboard of “Linyi Mall – China’s Large Market”.

Before the promotion meeting, Guan Zhaojun also paid a visit to Fadlu, and the two sides exchanged views on the construction of Lanhua (Malaysia) Overseas Mall and the cooperation between Chinese and Malaysian enterprises.
