The signing ceremony of the Lanhua (Malaysia) Overseas Mall Cooperation Project was held.

On April 8, the signing ceremony of Lanhua (Malaysia) Overseas Mall Cooperation Project was held in the 12th floor conference room of Lanhua Group. Mr. Liao Qinqin, Chairman and CEO of Mercury Group; Mr. Chen Yunhong, CEO of VV EHOUSE, a subsidary of Mercury Group; Miss. Qiu Tingting, Finance Director of Mercury Group; Miss. Chen Xiuting, Senior Manager of Finance Department of Mercury Group; Mr. Guan Zhaojun, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Lanhua Group; Mr. Cao Xiangsi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of Lanhua Group, Secretary of the Party Branch of Caojiawangzhuang Community and Director of the Neighborhood Committee; Mr. Liu Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman and Executive President of Lanhua Group; Mr. Song Shengkuo and Mr. Cao Xiang, Vice President of Lanhua Group; Mr. Li Cheng, General Manager of Southeast Asia Division of Lanhua Group, and so on, attended the Signing Ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Guan Zhaojun expressed that Malaysia is the second station of Lanhua Group’s cross-border overseas business, and the signing marks an important and solid step in the development of cross-border e-commerce of Lanhua Group. The cooperation between Lanhua Group and Mercury Group is the utilization and integration of resource advantages, which will surely become a model of good cooperation. In the next step, Lanhua Group will promote more Linyi high-quality local products to be stationed in Lanhua (Malaysia) Overseas Mall, which will satisfy the Malaysian market and help Linyi high-quality local products to enter other ASEAN countries’ markets such as the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia and so on.

Mr. Liao Qinqin expressed that Lanhua Group has accumulated a lot of experience in trade logistics and cross-border e-commerce, and is full of confidence in the Lanhua (Malaysia) Overseas Mall Cooperation Project.  The project has built an international logistics golden channel between Linyi and Malaysia, which will promote the efficient flow of Linyi local products in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, and make Malaysia a hub for Linyi’s high-quality local products to seamlessly connect to Southeast Asia.  Mercury Group will integrate Malaysia’s high-quality resources, accelerate the implementation of the agreement and realize mutual benefits and win-win situation.

Lanhua (Malaysia) Overseas Mall Cooperative Project is jointly established by Lanhua Group and Malaysia Mercury Group, aiming at giving full play to Linyi’s advantages in commercial trade and logistics, utilizing the new mode of integration and development of wholesale and retail, cross-border operation, live broadcasting operation and TV shopping, and constructing an exhibition and marketing platform integrating many functions such as product exhibition, experience, sales and warehousing. So that more and better Linyi high-quality local products will be sent to Lanhua (Malaysia) Overseas Mall to display and sell, and continue to build the overseas benchmark of “Linyi Mall – China Market”.
